The Office of Tribal Government Relations of the Veterans Administration is grateful for the resilience and perseverance of our Veterans, their families, and our tribal nations. The VA continues to work with the White House Council on Native American Affairs to co-chair the health committee and there will now be an emphasis on efforts to strengthen AI/AN Veteran health, which is a step forward towards implementing the policy announcements VA Secretary McDonough made during the White House Tribal Nations Summit last fall
