The Health Clinic at The American Indian Health Service of Chicago (AIHSC) is a Family Practice clinic—professionally staffed to offer complete family care for patients of all ages. AIHSC wants and appreciates the opportunity to provide quality family health care services for you and your family.
The core of AIHSC work is comprehensive primary care for individuals of all ages and at all stages of life. Our integrated approach provides for the multi-faceted needs of patients, especially for those with more complex needs. Recognizing the importance of behavioral healthcare in primary care, AIHSC has an integrated model of behavioral health and primary care. Interdisciplinary practice and teamwork is an essential element of our planned care.
